Direct billing

Our partner hospital supports direct billing with eligible commercial health insurance plans. Contact HAC before your visit so we can help confirm eligibility with the hospital and your insurer.

Reimbursement assistance

If direct billing is not available, we can help you organize medical records, itemized bills, receipts and other supporting documents for a reimbursement claim after your visit.

Direct billing and reimbursement depend on your policy, covered services, any required pre-authorization, and confirmation by the hospital and insurer. Health checkups may not be covered by every plan.
